When I put training together, it usually goes like this:
My team and I come up with a topic idea
We research it and put it together into show notes
I do a livestream on the show notes
I send the footage to my editors to turn into a YouTube video
My team takes my additions to the show notes from the YouTube livestream and we turn it into a thorough report, with additional resources, training & data to get your business up and running.
I have a lot of content at various stages in the pipeline, and a lot of it is on the YouTube channel, but not yet repurposed into a quickstart guide.
